Buyer bought and paid for 2 items and paid for each very quickly. Buyer didn't give me a chance to send a combined invoice before paying. Can I ship them in the same box and give the two transactions the same tracking number or do I have to refund both payments and send a combined invoice? It's been a while since I've had to do this.

If your item is likely to sell for over £20 then it is a very good idea to offer recorded delivery, so that you can provide a tracking number. I actually You need to check that you have done this in the time frame you said you would (when listing the item) and that the buyer has given enough time for the item to arrive.

I won a bid on october 15th. Paid right away. The seller told me that he shipped the item the next day. After a few days without updates, he provided me the tracking number he got from USPS. The parcel was received on 20th (according to the tracking provided by the seller) at Erlanger, KY . Still, no update on Ebay's website or PBI website.
As in IF you want a tracking number then prices of postage & or items would go up & that then would put some buyers off in buying. Usually anything under £10 isn't worth paying the extra in postage costs just to get a tracking number as a lot of sellers only send items with tracking if an item costs £20 or more.
